Hey guys, this is my favourite late night snack at the moment. It's super filling and it's super delicious too. Perfect for something small when you're still feeling a little hungry after dinner. Give it a try!

 

3 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (15g)
1/2 cup of berries 
1 teaspoon of honey (if you want to make it sweeter)

Directions:

  1. Add greek yoghurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix thoroughly with a fork to ensure texture becomes smooth.
  2. Top with berries and a little bit of honey if you want to make it a little sweeter.
